These terms apply when you use kamayagrp.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

kamayagrp.com is run by Kamaya LLC FZ, a free zone company at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. "We", "us" and "Kamaya" mean Kamaya LLC FZ.

2. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on screen, and natural ingredients mean scent and colour may vary slightly between batches. Product sizes and weights are approximate.

3. Prices and VAT

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are shown without VAT.
• 5% UAE VAT is added to products and delivery at checkout, and the total you pay is shown before you confirm your order.
• We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you order.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If this happens, we'll tell you as soon as we can.

5. Payment

We accept card payments through Shopify Payments and cash on delivery within the UAE. Other payment methods may be shown at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our return and refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Using our products safely

Follow the care and safety instructions on each product. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep candles, burners and fragrance oils away from children, pets, drafts and anything flammable, and don't swallow or apply fragrance products to skin. We aren't responsible for harm caused by using a product against its instructions.

8. Our content

The text, photos, logos and designs on this website belong to Kamaya or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Our liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

10. Your information

We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the UAE. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
