SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Kamaya aims to deliver a seamless, reliable experience while maintaining operational flexibility.
1. Delivery Timelines:
UAE: 2–5 working days (indicative only)
2. Processing:
Orders processed within 24–48 hours. (indicative only)
3. Address Responsibility:
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
4. Inspection of Delivered products:
Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery. Acceptance of delivery without immediate objection shall be deemed confirmation that the product was received in acceptable condition
5. Delivery Completion:
Delivery is deemed complete upon receipt at the provided address.
6. Number of Shipments:
Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments
7. Risk Transfer:
All risk transfers upon delivery.
8. Failed Delivery:
Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
9. Product Storage Responsibility Post Delivery:
Kamaya shall not be responsible for product degradation post-delivery due to storage conditions.
10. Non-Delivery:
Where Kamaya is at fault, replacement or refund shall be issued. “Failure due to customer unavailability shall not entitle refund.
