RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. Kamaya operates as a premium home fragrance brand with strict quality controls. Due to the sensory nature of the category, return eligibility is intentionally limited.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions:

Returns shall not be accepted for:

    1. Change of mind
    2. Fragrance preference or dissatisfaction
    3. Products that have been opened, used, or altered
    4. Minor Product, visual or packaging variations

3. Eligible Return Conditions:

Returns are accepted strictly under:

  1. Verified transit damage
  2. Manufacturing defect
  3. Incorrect product delivered

4. Claim Window:

All claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so shall result in automatic ineligibility.

5. Mandatory Evidence:

Customers must provide:
  1. Full, uninterrupted unboxing video
  2. Clear photographic evidence
  3. Absence of proof shall result in rejection.

6. Product Condition Requirement:

Returned items must remain:
  1. Unused
  2. Intact
  3. In original packaging

7. Refund Execution:

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (Indicative period).

8. Final Authority:

Kamaya retains absolute discretion in all return-related determinations.

9. Custom Orders:

All such orders are final and non-refundable.
